They DON'T DO: * Software that works * Customer Support * Refunds RX 10 Elements didn't work and they refused my refund saying they don't give refunds. In fact in my 40 years I've never dealt with TWO such inept, unprofessional and belligerent companies. It takes them 6/7 days to reply to an email, and when they do they are the opposite to helpful or customer friendly. ![]() Customer support is virtually non existent. If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star review for "Digital River" and their partner "iZotope inc" I would. Its a shame because i liked lenovo, i still have my yoga 15ikb from 2018 and wanted to upgrade but their shipping Really really sucks. ![]() fed up i cancelled the order, lets see now how much time they will take to give me back my money. Today 15 february the order status changed from february 18 to expected shipping february 23 with expected arrival in MARCH 6. ![]() checked the order status and from february 12 it got delayed to february 18. no answer, so i waited till the 12 of february thinking atleast i would have the notebook. I have ordered a lenovo legion slim 7i on the 26 of january with delivery promised in 2 weeks,during these 2 weeks i checked the order status and saw the delivery date changed from 2 weeks to the 12 of february, also the price of the notebook lowered by 100 euro sended an email asking if they could also reduce the price of the one i have ordered. ![]()
